Coach Dan Davis retired from the US Army in 2021 obtaining the highest enlisted rank of SGM.  The majority of his career he was assigned to The United States Army Special Operations Command wherein he made multiple no-notice combat deployments in support of the war on terror.  As an experienced and proven leader, Coach Davis has operated and led teams and organizations in the most demanding, diverse, and challenging environments. Dan played collegiate baseball at Ohio Valley University and after enlisting in the US Army was selected and played for the All-Army Sports program for several years.  He was selected as Head Coach of the program in 2019.  Coach Davis understands how to operate in any environment, and never panic during high pressure situations.  He continues to coach, teach, and mentor athletes and athletic programs with the same positive mindset he carried with him through his military career.

Dan is married to his wife Mandy of 15 years and they have four children Austin, Jayden, Journey and Jett and they reside in Springfield, Ohio.
