Meet Meghan McCans...
A 2026 graduate of Wittenberg University, she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Sports Administration and Coaching. During four years with Wittenberg’s softball program, she broke multiple records and earned honors every season.
Today, she owns and operates her own business, where she trains young athletes to build their skills, confidence, and love for the game. Her own athletic journey showed her how much mental performance can shape an athlete’s success and overall experience in sports. Having seen it transform her own career, she is passionate about sharing what she has learned with athletes and coaches alike.
Her mission is to help athletes strengthen their mindset, reach their full potential, and develop a love for the game that extends well beyond the field.
